I’ve never understood the concept of the little black dress. Black, when it comes to clothes, is a color that doesn’t stick out much. If you want to stand out – meaning make men notice you – you want a light colored outfit. Like white. Chicks in white clothes shoe off their curves nicely.
It also works when a chick is wearing a bikini too!
